MonsterRAX is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read the MonsterRAX Online Privacy Statement below and also any supplemental information listed to the right for additional details about particular MonsterRAX sites and services that you may use. This MonsterRAX Online Privacy Statement applies to data collected by MonsterRAX through the majority of its websites and services, as well as its offline product support services. It does not apply to those MonsterRAX sites, services and products that do not display or link to this statement or that have their own privacy statements.
At the MonsterRAX sites, we ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. We may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.
If you choose to make a purchase or sign up for a paid subscription service, we will ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address, that is used to create a MonsterRAX billing account through our payment gateway.
We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with MonsterRAX sites and services. In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with MonsterRAX, information collected through one MonsterRAX service may be combined with information obtained through other MonsterRAX services. MonsterRAX collects and uses your personal information to carry out the transactions you have requested. Some MonsterRAX services may send periodic member letters that are considered part of the service. We may also occasionally send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from MonsterRAX and its affiliates.
Personal information collected on MonsterRAX sites and services may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which MonsterRAX or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using a MonsterRAX site or service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Some MonsterRAX sites allow you to choose to share your personal information with select MonsterRAX partners so that they can contact you about their products, services or offers.

COOKIES
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you checkout on our store, utilize any web forms on our site additional cookies will be saved in your browser. These cookies includes no personal data and simply indicates the page you used to complete an action. These cookies can range anywhere from one to ninety days.
